The M-Wagon Gets a Makeover

Coming soon to your neighbourhood, Step Up MCR’s ideas station on wheels has undergone a fantastic transformation!
This summer, we invited local residents to give our M-Wagon a vibrant makeover. Guided by skilled muralist Oskar with a K, community members contributed multi-coloured dots during our Dream Big Beswick Event.
Powered by bicycle and making appearances around North Manchester, our M-Wagon serves as a pop-up space for community conversations. The M-Wagon’s purpose is to engage with residents and uncover bright and brilliant ideas for enhancing the community.
On the road since 2019, this unique vehicle crafted by the talented artist Mark Jermyn has made stops at various Manchester destinations. From Salford to Clayton, St Peter's Square to New Islington Marina, Piccadilly Gardens to Manchester City Stadium - the M-Wagon has been journeying to spread joy.
